CANCELLATION POLICY
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel, reschedule, or make any changes to your appointment. Clients cancelling or rescheduling an appointment with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged 100% of the total booked service(s). No shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the total booked service(s). Exceptions may apply. You have a 10-minute grace period from the start of your appointment. After the grace period, your appointment will have to be rescheduled and the cancellation fee will be charged. Fees will be charged to the credit card on file. If your card is declined, you will be banned from booking. Fees must be paid in full to book a new appointment. Thank you for your understanding. I value your time and business and just ask that in return you respect my time and business as well. In the event that I must cancel or reschedule your appointment, I will happily honor 20% off your scheduled service(s). *By booking an appointment, you agree to all booking policies and accept all associated fees.
